*Important please read - Problem with central phone line*
We are currently experiencing a problem with our central phone line - 0300 008 5522 - and are working with engineers to identify the fault and resolve this as quickly as possible.
We are unable to receive calls, and advise users to monitor our website for an update once the phone line is working again as normal.
Please note:
- you can be tested for STI's if you do not have symptoms and get oral contraception without needing to be seen at one of our clinics. Simply head over to STI testing or Contraception to find out where you can get free tests and contraception from community sites.
- you can book into our clinics using our online booking system Lilie Hub.
- if you think you need PEP, please attend your local clinic or head to your nearest A&E department.
